In In re Managed Care, the firm worked with several other prominent class action firms to successfully represent a class of 700,000 physicians in litigation against health insurers. Drubner, Hartley & Hellman served on the plaintiffs’ steering committee and helped bring about significant reform in the managed care industry for the benefit of physicians and their patients. The settlements resulting from this litigation have exceeded one billion dollars.
